Yes. All payments are held in escrow until you approve the deliverable. If the talent doesn't show up or fails to deliver, you get a full refund. The escrow protects both sides — talent know they'll be paid, buyers know they won't be ghosted.

Most bookings are confirmed within 24 hours. Talent are required to respond to inquiries within that window or get flagged in the system. For urgent shoots (same-day or next-day), filter by "Available Now" — those talent commit to 2-hour response.

Send us their name and we'll personally reach out. Our recruiting team has direct lines to most reality TV alumni — if the right deal is on the table, most are willing to onboard. We don't lock talent into exclusivity, so it's an easy yes for them.

Depends on what you book. Standard packages include usage rights on agreed platforms for 12 months. Full buyout (work-for-hire) is available as an add-on. Live appearances and event work don't apply — that's a service, not content.
